Kajisuke was established in 1963 and has been serving Kaiseki cuisine, crab dishes, Japanese cuisine, and Japanese cuisine for about 60 years with the town of Komatsu City and its customers.
We offer seasonal dishes and locally brewed sake using local seafood and mountain products from Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, to families and business people for gatherings and important occasions.
