It is a long-established Japanese restaurant that has inherited the tradition from its predecessors.
We serve fresh seafood and mountain foods, which are selected from Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and other local ingredients, every morning.

History of Kajisuke
May 1963: Toshio Kaji, the first generation, opens Kajisuke at 141 Yamato-cho, Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
March 1984: Store expanded.
March 1991: Kajisuke Co. established; Yoshihisa Kaji becomes the second president.
April 1994: Store remodeled.
July 2028: Taro Kaji became the third president.
December 2020: Store remodeled.

Career
April 1998: After graduating from high school, joined Nadaman Co.
Trained at Tokyo Nadaman (Imperial Hotel).
Experienced serving dishes for the Prime Minister's official residence and others.
(The proprietress also worked at Nadaman and served dishes for the Prime Minister's residence.)
September 2009: Left Nadaman and joined Kajisuke Co. Appointed as Senior Managing Director.
2008: Listed in the Michelin Guide for Ishikawa and Toyama.
August 2026: Appointed President and Representative Director of Kajisuke Co.
